The COVID-19 pandemic has led us as many other groups to reevaluate what we want from a job—and from life—which allow us to create a pool of active and potential group of mature professionals worked as a team over 20 years by switching jobs and industries, moving from traditional to nontraditional roles, retiring early and take a time-out to tend to our personal lives. Then we create a pool of individual consultants who develop and deliver services, moving emphasis from market uncertainty to service design and quality.
